Welcome

Change has been defined as "making a shift from one to another." Many times change has been approached with trepidation because it represents a departure from what is known and familiar. In simpler terms it is uncomfortable because it is different. My goal is to help individuals see that "different" is not bad, but rather shift into a new direction. Through this shift I plan to help you heal from pain, respond more effectively to stressors around, and improve your quality of life.

While I do strongly believe in the healing power of change, I concede one thing that cannot be changed is a difficult past. However, this does not mean you will not be able to move forward, leaving your past where it truly belongs. Through a collaborative therapeutic approach, we will work to dissect negative patterns of thinking and behavior holding you back from your true potential. I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling life, and I plan to make that belief into your reality.
